Smith Fitness training is more than a series of one-on-one sessions that make you sweat.   It’s a chance for you to find your mental strengths, expose your weaknesses and rapidly reshape your body and lifestyle. Fitness Consultation Before we can begin helping you achieve your specific fitness goals, we’ll first meet with you to discuss your health history.  The more we know about your health, the more accurately we can design a safe and effective program for you.  In some cases we may need to contact your physicians, physical therapists, or specialists who can offer us valuable information about your pre-existing conditions.

Customization After reviewing your health history profile, we’ll discuss your specific fitness goals. We can then create a personalized, multi-faceted fitness program that will combine your unique fitness goals.   As you progress, we will modify and reassess your program, continuously stimulating your body...and mind.  So the workout is all set and we’re ready to go.  This is where you and your trainer need to be on the same page.  It’s important to totally commit to the workout and nutrition advice in order to produce measurable results.
