The TPI physical screens will expose your body's weaknesses, imbalances and functional limitations. This info will assist us in building custom fitness plan to reduce and eliminate those limitations and get your body swinging the club with ease.
TPI Personal Training

Work one-on-one with a certified TPI personal trainer using proven techniques and exercises to strengthen your body. Most of the training is done using your own body weight so it can be performed virtually anywhere. That’s right at your home, office’s fitness facility or in one of our shared locations in downtown and greater Boston area. (Assessment required) 

Corrective Stretching

Golfers need to have great flexibility in order to create quick, explosive rotational power. Our methods of corrective stretching are specifically aimed at improving the range of motion of all major joints. Stretching aids with injury prevention, a reduction in muscle soreness and provides increased strength, endurance and fluidity of motion. (Assessment recommended)
